Imagine organizing a conference without capital! The Finance Team is responsible for the formulation of a budget that can run the entire Summit without any hindrance. In addition to that it takes care of other financial matters like, registration fees, reimbursements etc.
The Logistics co-heads like to refer to this team as the backbone of the conference. They handle everything ranging from accommodation and catering, to stationery and arrangements for the days of the conference. The delegates’ comfort and the smooth functioning of the conference is their ultimate goal.
The primary aim of the Marketing Team is to increase the visibility of the SSLA Summit 2019 through interactive social media content and intensive on-ground promotional activities. The 15 member team hopes to make the Summit a recognisable name within the MUN Circuit of Pune and neighbouring cities.
The PR team is responsible for the procurement of delegates to participate in the SSLA Summit 2019. The team handles the Summit registrations and is the first point of contact for any and all delegate affairs.
